With approximately 60 editions in German, Latin, Dutch, English, Danish, Swedish and Czech, this book enjoyed a wide European circulation until the middle of the 18th century. Extraordinary replica of the maps of this classic of universal symbolic cartography.

In addition to the 5 bifolios with period hand-colouring of Bünting’s famous maps, namely the clover of the world, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean, the edition includes the same 5 bifolios in black and white plus 6 other bifolios and 1 folio of other maps also in black and white, also taken from his influential work.

The set is presented in a preservation slipcase, accompanied by the volume of studies.
